Objective To observe the effect of pre-stimulation of Zusanli (ST 36) on plasma concentration of Tryptophan (Trp) Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) in soldiers of high-intensity military training and to explore the effect of pre-acupuncture on exercise-induced fatigue And its central mechanism. Methods 120 male soldiers were randomly divided into electroacupuncture point group, acupoint injection group, acupoint moxibustion group and training control group, with 30 in each group. Two weeks before the intensive military training, the soldiers in each intervention group used acupoint electrotherapy (electrotherapy parameters were continuous wave, frequency 2 Hz, intensity 20 mA, time 30 min, 1 / d) 1 / d), acupuncture moxibustion (Moxa mild moxibustion, time 30 min, 1 / d) intervention Zusanli acupuncture points for 2 weeks. The 5-km running scores were observed before intervention, 1 d and 5 d after training respectively. The concentrations of T-Trp, F-Trp and BCAA were measured and the F-Trp / BCAA ratio was calculated. Plasma amino acid concentration detection using high performance liquid chromatography. Results The results of 5 km running in each intervention group were significantly better than those of training control group and before intervention (P <0.01). The concentrations of F-Trp, T-Trp and BCAA in the four groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention (P <0.01), and the F-Trp / BCAA ratios in the four groups were lower than those before the intervention ). The T-Trp concentration and F-Trp / BCAA ratio in training control group were significantly higher than those in each acupoint intervention group (P <0.05 or P <0.01), BCAA concentrations were significantly lower than those in acupoint intervention group (P <0.01 or P < (P <0.01). The F-Trp / BCAA ratio in the acupuncture group was lower than that in the control group on the fifth day after training P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture and pre-stimulation of Zusanli can delay the occurrence of fatigue and improve the exercise ability of soldiers in military training. It may be through the increase of BCAA concentration, decrease of plasma Trp freeness and F-Trp / BCAA ratio.
