Customer relationship management theory and application system in the enterprise implementation, will be directly reflected in the cultivation of enterprise competitive advantage. On the basis of introducing the connotation of CRM and enterprise marketing competitiveness, this paper expounds the effect of CRM on the marketing competitiveness of enterprises and puts forward the promotion path of marketing competitiveness based on CRM.
