本文研究了职业接触抗癌药护士颊粘膜脱落细胞微核率,并与淋巴细胞微核率对比,受试组共26人,有微核细胞与对照组比明显增高。在受试组与对照组,颊粘膜脱落细胞平均微核率分别为6.23±3.26‰和0.97±0.76‰,淋巴细胞平均微核率为5.10±1.85‰和1.75±1.56‰,两种细胞微核率有良好的相关(r=0.5192)。颊粘膜脱落细胞微核试验有简单、快速和非损伤性的优点,可以用作对接触有潜在致突变和致癌性物质工人的生物学监测。
In this study, the micronucleus frequency of buccal mucosal exfoliated cells in occupational exposure to anticancer drug nurses was compared with that of lymphocyte micronuclei. Twenty-six patients in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group. In the test group and the control group, the mean micronucleus rate of buccal mucosal exfoliated cells were 6.23 ± 3.26 ‰ and 0.97 ± 0.76 ‰ respectively, and the mean micronucleus rate of lymphocytes was 5.10 ± 1.85 ‰ and 1.75 ± 1.56 ‰, there was a good correlation between the two micronuclei rates (r = 0.5192). The buccal mucosal exfoliated cell micronucleus test has the advantage of being simple, rapid and non-invasive and can be used as a biological monitor for workers exposed to potentially mutagenic and carcinogenic substances.
