目的:探讨与分析磁性医院管理理念在心血管外科手术室护理管理工作中的应用。方法:选取山东省菏泽市立医院2016年6月—2020年6月开展的228例心血管外科手术资料,按照实施磁性医院管理时间前后顺序分为管理前组(2016年6月—2018年6月)与管理后组(2018年7月—2020年6月)。管理前组中,患者127例,护士49名;管理后组中,患者101例,护士54名。比较两组的首台手术准时开台情况、手术接台超时情况、护士压力情况、护士离职情况以及患者手术期间的不良事件发生率。结果:管理后组的首台手术准时开台率高于管理前组(96.15% vs. 70.00%),手术接台超时率低于管理前组(4.00% vs. 13.40%),差异有统计学意义(χn 2值分别为4.834、4.432;n P<0.05)。管理后组的护理工作及专业[(2.11±0.96) vs. (2.51±0.28)分]、工作环境与资源[(2.15±0.20) vs. (2.59±0.23)分]、工作量及时间分配[(2.32±0.23) vs. (2.60±0.26)分]、管理及人际关系[(1.95±0.28) vs. (2.41±0.17)分]、护理评分[(2.09±0.51) vs. (2.52±0.38)分]及总评分[(10.65±1.29) vs. (14.12±1.45)分]均较低于管理前组,差异有统计学意义(n t值分别为2.928、10.313、5.765、10.181、4.880、12.780;n P0.05)。n 结论:将磁性医院管理理念应用于心血管外科手术室护理管理工作中可提高首台手术准时开台率,减少手术接台超时的发生,同时还可减少护士工作压力。“,”Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of the magnetic hospital management concept in the nursing management of the cardiovascular surgery Operating Room.Methods:From June 2016 to June 2020, we collected data on 228 cases of cardiovascular surgery performed by Heze Municipal Hospital in Shandong Province. According to the time before and after the implementation of magnetic hospital management, it is divided into the pre-management group (between June 2016 and June 2018) and the post-management group (between July 2018 and June 2020) . In the pre-management group, there were 127 patients and 49 nurses, and in the post-management group, there were 101 patients and 54 nurses. The two groups were compared with the on-time operation rate of the first operation, overtime of the operation interval, pressure, resignation, and the incidence of adverse events during the operation.Results:The on-time operation rate of the first operation in the post-management group was higher than that of the pre-management group (96.15% vs. 70.00%) , and the overtime rate of operation interval was lower than that of the pre-management group (4.00% vs. 13.40%) , and the differences were statistically significant (χn 2=4.834, 4.432; n P<0.05) . In the post-management group, nursing work and specialty [ (2.11±0.96) vs. (2.51±0.28) ], work environment and resources [ (2.15±0.20) vs. (2.59±0.23) ], workload and time allocation[ (2.32±0.23) vs. (2.60±0.26) ], management and interpersonal relationship [ (1.95±0.28) vs. (2.41±0.17) ], nursing score [ (2.09±0.51) vs. (2.52±0.38) ] and total score [ (10.65±1.29) vs. (14.12±1.45) ] were lower than those of the pre-management group, and the differences were statistically significant (n t=2.928, 10.313, 5.765, 10.181, 4.880, 12.780; n P0.05) .n Conclusions:The magnetic hospital management concept applied to the nursing management of the cardiovascular surgery Operating Room can improve the on-time operation rate of the first operation, reduce the occurrence of overtime of operation interval, and at the same time relieve the work pressure of nurses.
