当今社会普遍关注大学生心理健康问题,本文主要阐述体育运动对心理健康的积极影响,进而提出通过体育运动可以有效改善学生心理状态,收获更多正能量,为其在今后社会竞争中奠定良好基础。
Nowadays, the society pays close attention to the psychological health problems of college students. This article mainly expounds the positive impact of sports on mental health. Then it puts forward that sports activities can effectively improve students’ psychological state and gain more positive energy, laying a solid foundation for their social competition in the future.
