目前,国产的低功耗集成运算放大器,如F010、F253(F011)、XFC-75等。它们都是使用±15伏电源。在空载条件下,输出电平为0,静态功耗小于6毫瓦,其中F253低于3毫瓦。由于功耗低,工作电流输入偏置电流、失调电流小及输入阻抗高,且具有通用Ⅲ型运放性能,因而广泛适用于空间电子设备和野外袖珍式电子仪器中,作模拟计算、波形发生器、信号处理和变换以及测量电路。这几种运放电路的结构形式基本相同,下面仅以XFC-75型的工作原理、性能特点和应用作些介绍。
