为了解我省乳品卫生情况,为加强乳品卫生管理提供科学依据,我们会同省糖烟酒公司、省食品工业公司于1980年7月~1981年6月,对全省的乳品卫生状况进行了调查。调查方法一、卫生学调查:各地区和县卫生防疫站负责本地区牧场及乳品厂的卫生学调查,各市卫生防疫站负责本市的牧场及乳品厂的卫生学调查及乳品的理化、细菌学调查。
