以采自浙江海盐、云南师宗、江苏镇江、湖北大别山、湖南古丈、湖南长沙等6个种源地的榉树种子为试材,采用称重、测量、TTC法及内含物测定等方法,研究了不同种源地种子形态结构、生活力、内含物含量及贮藏方式对种子萌发的影响。结果表明:6个种源地间以湖南古丈种源为最优种源,湖南长沙种质资源最差;湖南古丈种源种子最大,质量最好,饱满度最高,有生活力最高,为34%;采用湿沙贮藏效果最好,湖南古丈种源种子发芽率达24.15%,而湖南长沙种源种子室温贮藏效果最差,发芽率为0%。
The seeds of Zelkova schneideriana collected from 6 provenances in Haiyan of Zhejiang Province, Shizong of Yunnan Province, Zhenjiang of Jiangsu Province, Dabie Mountain of Hubei Province, Guzhang of Hunan Province and Changsha of Hunan Province were used as test materials, and the methods of weighing, measuring, TTC and determination of inclusion Methods were used to study the effects of seed morphology, viability, contents and storage methods on seed germination in different provenances.
