由农业部编制的《农产品加工业“十一·五”发展规划》已于2006年12月20日出台,这部发展规划是在全面分析“十五”发展情况的基础上制定的。该发展规划确定了“十一·五”期间以食品工业为主的农产品加工业发展的指导思想、主要原则和目标,明确了重点领域与相关区域布局,提出了一批重点工程和促进农产品加工业发展的政策措施,是“十一·五”期间指导全国农产品加工业发展的重要依据。本刊现将“十一·五”期间,有关粮油、果蔬加工业发展重点刊载如下,以飨读者。
The “Eleventh Five-year Development Plan for the Processing of Agricultural Products” prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture was promulgated on December 20, 2006.
