准确对叶片振动参数进行辨识,对于叶轮机械避免共振至关重要。介绍了国内外叶片振动参数辨识技术发展情况和最小二乘原理,阐述了叶片振动参数测量系统的工作原理。通过在叶片机匣上安装不少于4支叶顶传感器,基于最小二乘原理,分析处理了叶片振动测量系统的严重欠采样数据,成功对叶片同步振动参数进行了辨识。
It is very important to identify the vane vibration parameters accurately for impeller to avoid the resonance. This paper introduces the development of blade vibration parameter identification technology and the least square principle at home and abroad, and expounds the working principle of the blade vibration parameter measurement system. Based on the principle of least square, the serious undersampled data of the blade vibration measurement system was analyzed and processed, and the synchronized vibration parameters of the blade were identified successfully.
