坏死增生性淋巴结炎(NHL)是一组病因不明、好发于儿童及青少年的非肿瘤性淋巴结肿大性疾病。在实际工作中常误诊为化脓性或结核性淋巴结炎及淋巴瘤等病。现将我院经病理证实的4例报告如下。 1 临床资料男1例,女3例。年龄17至26岁。4例皆高热起病,均有颈淋巴结肿大,其中2例 Necrotic proliferative lymphadenitis (NHL) is a group of non-neoplastic lymphadenopathy of unknown etiology that occurs in children and adolescents.
