本文着重阐述新型煤气放散阀工作原理、结构特点,总结分析常见故障原因,如关闭后局部漏风,炉内超高压时放散阀未开启,放散阀关极限无信号,放散阀动作慢等,通过精确调整阀盖水平度,打压试验调整开启压力,设备改造和定期测量油缸内泄等方法解决以上问题;同时总结出该阀维护要点和检修要求,预防高炉放散阀突发故障发生,确保高炉安全稳定运行。
