江苏省为推动住房制度改革的不断深化,就房改有关政策调整提出如下意见:1.关于公积金。各市、县住房公积金缴存比例原则上上调一个百分点,即由6%调整为7%,最高可调至8%。缴存基数按职工本人1999年度月平均工资核定,月平均工资超过2000元的按2000元计算。全省所有市、县由财政列支的单位缴存的住房公积金,必须列入当地政府财政核算。2.关于租金和补贴。2000年度全省砖混一等公有住房每平方米使用面积租金平均上调20%左右,即在2.20元、2.00元、1.80元左右,租金补贴比例不再增加。3.关于公房出售。今年度售房成本价提高4%左右,逐步与当地经济适用住房价格
