本刊前三期連续着载着幾篇关於製造铸鋼輪方法及在铸造過程所發生的缩孔毛病,情形相當嚴重。在抗战期间,筆者在重庆曾代天府煤礦自製輕型機車,解决過鋼輪箍问題,因些擬就此問题分為二項改進方法來同大家研究: (1) 钢輪設計是否適合铸造及如何解决缩孔毛病; (2) 改用煆製輪箍代替铸鋼輪。
In the first three issues of the journal, there were several articles on the method of manufacturing cast steel wheels and the occurrence of cratering in the casting process. The situation was quite serious. During the war of resistance against Japan, the author made a self-made light locomotive at the Chongqing Tianfu Coal Mine and solved the problem of steel wheel rims. Some of the proposed problems are divided into two methods for improvement: (1) Is the steel wheel design suitable for casting and how to solve it? Shrinkage defects; (2) Instead of using cast steel wheels instead of cast steel wheels.
