目的:分析研究2型糖尿病视网膜病变采用眼血流动力学的临床诊断效果。方法:抽取2011年9月-2013年7月在我院收治的患有2型糖尿病的病人60例(120眼),同时抽取正常健康人60例(120眼),分别作为实验组和对照组。对两组采取CDFI(彩色多普勒血流成像)检测,对两组CRA(视网膜中央动脉)当中的PSV(收缩期峰值流速)、RI(阻力指数)以及EDV(舒张末期峰值流速)进行检测,并给予对比分析。结果:实验组和对照组CRA当中的收缩期峰值流速、阻力指数以及舒张末期峰值流速差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病视网膜病变采用眼血流动力学参数进行检测,可以获得明显的临床效果,对其初期的诊断和治疗起到非常关键的作用,具有临床推广价值。
Objective: To analyze the clinical diagnosis of ocular hemodynamics in type 2 diabetic retinopathy. Methods: Sixty patients (120 eyes) with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from September 2011 to July 2013 were selected. Sixty healthy subjects (120 eyes) were selected at the same time as experimental group and control group . The CDFI (color Doppler flow imaging) was used to detect the PSV (peak systolic velocity), RI (resistance index) and EDV (peak end-diastolic flow rate) in the CRA (central retinal artery) , And give comparative analysis. Results: The systolic peak flow rate, resistance index and end-diastolic peak velocity of CRA in experimental group and control group were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Type 2 diabetic retinopathy is detected by ocular hemodynamic parameters, which can acquire obvious clinical effect and play an important role in the initial diagnosis and treatment, and has clinical value of popularization.
