1 概况下塔吉尔钢铁股份公司 (简称下钢 )位于俄罗斯乌拉尔斯维尔德罗夫州 ,194 0年建厂 ,1993年成立股份公司 ,现有职工 2 550 0人。炼铁车间现有 6座高炉 ,长期采用卡奇卡纳尔采选公司的烧结矿和球团矿冶炼含钒铁水[1～ 3] 。转炉车间有四座 16 0ｔ转炉 ,每年可处理 310万ｔ
