目的评价某铅蓄电池企业职业病危害综合治理效果。方法通过对某铅蓄电池企业的生产工艺、防护措施、防护用品和相关管理制度等进行综合治理,分析综合治理前后工作场所铅烟(尘)水平合格率和铅作业工人血铅水平超标率情况。结果综合治理后铅蓄电池企业生产工艺布局合理,职业性铅接触工人减少。综合治理后工作场所铅烟和铅尘水平合格率均高于综合治理前(100.0%vs 66.7%,95.6%vs 47.8%,P<0.01)。综合治理后铅作业工人血铅超标率低于综合治理前(20.6%vs 1.4%,P<0.01)。结论综合治理对减少铅蓄电池企业的职业病危害效果明显,仍应落实持续有效的管理措施,有效保护作业工人的健康。
Objective To evaluate the comprehensive management of occupational hazards in a lead-acid battery enterprise. Methods The production process, protective measures, protective equipment and related management systems of a lead-acid battery enterprise were comprehensively managed to analyze the passing rates of lead and dust (dust) in the workplace before and after comprehensive management and the lead levels of lead workers in excess. Results After the comprehensive management, lead-acid battery enterprises had a rational production layout and reduced occupational exposure to lead. After the comprehensive treatment, the qualified rate of lead and lead dust in the workplace was higher than that before comprehensive treatment (100.0% vs 66.7%, 95.6% vs 47.8%, P <0.01). Lead levels in lead workers after comprehensive management exceeded the pre-treatment level (20.6% vs 1.4%, P <0.01). Conclusion Comprehensive treatment has obvious effect on reducing occupational hazards of lead-acid battery enterprises, and should continue to implement effective management measures to effectively protect the health of workers.
