甲醛是工业及民用产品的重要工业原料之一。随着应用范围扩大,甲醛对生产、生活环境的污染及对人体的危害已逐步引起人们的注意。甲醛对人体的危害,目前的研究多限于皮肤、呼吸道的损伤,而对消化道尤其是对肝脏的影响了解甚少。近来流行病学调查表明接触甲醛的人群出现消化道疾病增多的倾向,亦有甲醛进入消化道可引起肝损害的记载,但均未描述肝脏病理学病变。我们采用小鼠肝灌流方法,对小鼠肝脏进行组化,电镜观察,以了解有关病理学改变。
Formaldehyde is one of the important industrial raw materials for industrial and consumer products. With the expansion of the application range, the formaldehyde pollution to the production and living environment and the harm to the human body have gradually attracted people’s attention. Formaldehyde on the human body, the current study is mostly limited to the skin, respiratory tract injury, but little effect on the digestive tract, especially on the liver. Recent epidemiological studies have shown that people exposed to formaldehyde tend to increase the incidence of gastrointestinal diseases, there are also documented into the digestive tract of formaldehyde can cause liver damage, but did not describe the liver pathology lesions. We use mouse liver perfusion method, the mouse liver histochemistry, electron microscopy to understand the pathological changes.
