教育部在有关培养小学生核心素养时提出,小学生数学核心素养中应当包括数感、符号意识、空间意识、统计概念及数学应用等,而在数学教学过程中应培养小学生的数学思维,提升其数学理解能力及交流能力,最终达到解决数学问题的目的。而在新课改目标下,我国教师在培养小学生的数学核心素养时,更应当通过科学有效的手段提高小学生的创新意识及能力,进一步提高教学质量,使小学生成为具有创造性的核心型人才,在未来国家建设中贡献自己的一份力量。

In the process of mathematics teaching, they should cultivate pupils’ mathematical thinking and enhance their mathematics Understanding and communication skills, and ultimately achieve the purpose of solving mathematical problems. However, under the goal of new curriculum reform, teachers in our country should raise the primary school students’ innovative awareness and abilities through scientific and effective means, further improve their teaching quality and make the primary schoolchildren become creative core talents in cultivating primary school mathematics core literacy. In the future construction of the country to contribute their part.
