将53例急性心肌梗塞、124例冠心病心绞痛病人与140例正常人的Q—Tc间期进行了比较。结果表明,急性心肌梗塞组第1天Q—Tc最长,且随病程延长而缩短;冠心病心绞痛组Q—Tc较正常人长,但较急性心肌梗塞组第1天为短。Q—Tc与病死率、猝死率呈正相关,即Q—Tc越长,病死率和猝死率越高。
The Q-Tc interval was compared in 53 patients with acute myocardial infarction, 124 patients with coronary heart disease and 140 healthy controls. The results showed that the Q-Tc of the AMI group was the longest on the first day and shortened with the prolongation of the duration of the disease. The Q-Tc of the AMI group was longer than that of the normal people, but shorter than the first day of the AMI group. Q-Tc and mortality, sudden death rate was positively correlated, that is, the longer the Q-Tc, the higher mortality and sudden death.
