本文依据摩擦学原理,研究和综述了发动机拉缸事故的机理以及国内、外一些有关在不改变材质和其他条件的情况下,只在缸套加工过程中对缸套工作表面进行一些工艺处理(包括化学处理、电化学处理、零件表面完整性工艺等),从而提高抗拉缸性能及延长使用寿命的理论与实践。本文还介绍了当今缸套加工的新工艺——波纹形孔面振动切削和微观波纹面的振动滚压这两项工艺方法,并且作了工艺分析。
