利用正交实验方法,研究了聚丙烯(PP)塑料的激光透射焊接工艺参数对焊接质量的影响。对焊接样品进行拉伸测试和切片实验,分析了各焊接因素对拉伸强度和焊缝宽度的影响。结果表明,各焊接因素对焊接强度的影响大小顺序为:焊接速度→激光器的频率→焊接后冷却时间→夹具的夹紧力→光斑直径→激光器功率,并发现激光能量密度过高会导致样品表面焦化形成黑色焊缝,焊缝不均匀则产生伪断裂现象。并用极差法确定了聚丙烯的最佳焊接工艺参数。
The effects of laser transmission welding parameters on the welding quality of polypropylene (PP) plastic were studied by orthogonal experiment. Tensile test and slicing experiment were carried out on the welded samples. The influence of each welding factor on tensile strength and weld width was analyzed. The results show that the influence of welding factors on the welding strength is in the following order: welding speed → frequency of laser → cooling time after welding → clamping force of fixture → spot diameter → laser power, and it is found that laser energy density is too high, Coking to form a black weld, weld is not uniform is pseudo-fracture phenomenon. The optimum welding parameters of polypropylene were determined by the range method.
