为了有利于厂长经理等人才的管理流动和人才资源的优化配置,促进厂长经理的职业化、市场化、根据中央有关规定,上海厂长经理人才公司最近制定了“经营者流动人员人事档案管理的暂行办法”,并开始承办经营着流动人员人事档案的管理业务。人事档案管理范围:辞职或辞退的企业厂长、经理、总会计师、总工程师、部门经理(含副职)的档案;国外驻沪办事处中方高级管理人员的档案;外地驻沪机构沪籍高级管理人员的档案;其他经本公司批准管理的流动人员档案。
