《江格尔》是蒙古民族的长篇英雄史诗,虽然史诗是在传诵英雄的伟业,但其中包蕴着草原文化的生态魂,展示着古代马背民族的生态伦理观和以自然精神渗透人类生存的诗性智慧,这是草原人民宝贵的精神财富。敬畏自然、尊重生命,人与万物和谐共存,是蒙古民族对自然的观念态度,也是草原人的文化模式和生存状态。探析原始史诗中保存的马背民族的生态思想,能为当代全球的生态思潮提供更多和更有启发性的精神资源。
