本文介绍了一种小血管套叠“U”式缝合方法。在40根外径为0.5~1.0mm平均为0.6mm的大白鼠股动脉的套叠“U”式缝合中,其远期通畅率为100%。术后分别在7小时、3天、7天、15天和30天作了皮瓣成活、小血管造影、手术显微镜下解剖及组织学检查。文中对套叠“U”式缝合法与Lauritzen套叠法的优缺点作了比较。对其狭窄和愈合及缝合中应注意的问题亦作了讨论。认为套叠“U”式缝合法是一种通畅率高、操作简便、省时的小血管缝合法。
This article describes a small blood vessel nested “U” suture method. The long-term patency rate was 100% in 40 sets of “U” suture of 40 rat femoral arteries with an outer diameter of 0.5-1.0 mm and an average of 0.6 mm. Flap survival, small angiography, anatomic and histological examination under the operation microscope were performed at 7 hours, 3 days, 7 days, 15 days and 30 days respectively. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the “U” style nesting method and the Lauritzen nesting method are compared. The problems that should be noticed when it is stenosed and healed and sutured are also discussed. That nesting “U” suture method is a patency rate, easy to operate, save time and small suture method.
