上海证券监管办公室:你办《关于转报东方证券有限责任公司股东变更的请示》(沪证机[2000]066号、091号)及相关材料收悉。经研究,现批复如下:一、同意上海市财政局持有的东方证券有限责任公司21000万元股份转让给上海市国有资产经营有限公司。二、同意上海九百(集团)有限公司持有的东方证券有限责任公司1500万元股份转让给上海九百股份有限公司。三、请你办接此批复后,通知东方证券有限责任公司到工商行政管理部门办理股权转让手续。
Shanghai Securities Regulatory Office: You do “on the transfer of Orient Securities Co., Ltd. Shareholders Request for Change” (Shanghai Securities Machinery [2000] No. 066, No. 091) and related materials received. The research is hereby approved as follows: First, agreed to the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Finance held Orient Securities Co., Ltd. 210 million yuan shares transferred to Shanghai State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd.. II. Agreed to transfer 15 million shares of Orient Securities Co., Ltd. held by Shanghai Nine hundred (Group) Co., Ltd. to Shanghai Nine Hundred Co., Ltd. Third, please do this approval, notify Orient Securities Co., Ltd. to the business administration department for share transfer procedures.
