养生专家曾对人们的生活饮食习惯进行长期分析和研究,认为一些不良的生活方式会促使人们过早地衰老,影响了人的正常寿命,如能尽快改变这些不良生活方式,可使我们的平均寿命延长20年左右。目前已被确认容易引起衰老的习惯因素主要有以下几种:1、经常食用腌制食品(包括腌肉和腌咸菜等)。这些食品含有大量硝酸盐,促使人早衰。2、大量使用铝制品。人们在不知不觉中过多地摄入铝元素,不但易患老年性痴呆症,而且会加快衰老速度。3、水垢进入胃肠。家庭中暖壶等水具久用会产生水垢,如不及时清除,经常随水饮入,会引起消化、神经、泌尿和血液系统疾病,使人早衰。4、过量饮酒。容易引起中老年朋友肝脏发炎、肿大,并出现健忘、性功能减退等早衰现象。
