In France, some companies have established anti heavy stress centers especially in factories to help staff free of work-induced severe stress. Engineers there go to the centers for body-building exercises, stretches and muscle exercise at a fixed time each day. Additionally, some enterprises have specially set up lounges delicately decorated with palm drawings on the walls and equipped with recliners, cushions and relaxing facilities.

And in Britain, psychiatrists are making new attempts by listing book names rather than prescribing medicines to their patients. The patients look for the books assigned in the prescription at libraries and take them home for careful reading and digestion. Some of these books, can help them learn about their mental diseases, understanding how they affect their thinking and actions, while others are for self-help; the patients can remove passive thinking by learning the methods on their own given in the books.

Tao Ran makes an appeal that the government should strengthen spread of popular sciences, popularize diagnosis standards of depression and it’s also essential to build relevant divisions in major hospitals. At the same time, he also maintains that the international communities should set up a “Depression Day” at an appropriate time to eliminate discrimination against depression from the society and highlight depression in their mind.

Just as a saying from Miraculous Pivot. Benshen in the Inner Canon of Huangdi, sorrow means inactivity resulting from blogged breath. When we try to be open to such an imperfect world and selves, we can feel simplicity and happiness like children.
