胃肠道菌群的相对稳定对动物健康和营养代谢有着非常重要的作用。胃肠道菌群的多样性和准确检测一直是生物技术的难点之一。为了更深层次地了解动物胃肠道菌群及其作用机制,需要开展对动物胃肠道菌群的准确、快速、大通量的检测。为此,新一代的测序技术应运而生且发展迅速。文章就新一代测序技术的产生与作用、不同测序平台的特点,以及在动物胃肠道菌群研究中的应用进行了阐述。
The relative stability of the gastrointestinal flora plays a very important role in animal health and nutritional metabolism. The diversity and accurate detection of gastrointestinal flora has been one of the difficulties of biotechnology. In order to understand animal gastrointestinal flora and its mechanism of action more deeply, it is necessary to carry out accurate, rapid and large-quantity detection of gastrointestinal flora in animals. To this end, a new generation of sequencing technology came into being and developed rapidly. This article describes the generation and function of next-generation sequencing technology, the features of different sequencing platforms, and the application in animal gastrointestinal flora research.
