记者在古城保定采访时,听说保定色织厂几年来不断进行技术改造,以技改促发展,成绩非凡,便慕名到该厂采访。一进厂区,首先映入眼帘的是高大崭新的厂房。在车间,记者看到了具有80年代末世界一流水平的纺、染、织配套设备。王厂长听说我来后,兴致勃勃地接受了采访。 王厂长首先向记者介绍了色织厂的基本情况。他说,保定色织厂是始建于1949年的老厂,是从十几个人、几台铁木织机,经过几代人的艰苦奋斗发展起来的。目前全厂固定资产原值已达7500多万元,产品90％以上出口,年创汇500万美元。王厂长自豪地说:我厂现有纱锭1.5万枚,加一台200头气流纺,纺线基本解决本厂织机用纱,部分可供应市场。主要织造机械有引进意大利特宽幅剑杆织机78台,国产织机224台,国产织带机40台;有从德国祖克公司引进的浆纱机、赐来福公司的自动络筒机和瑞士贝宁格公司的整经机;有足够生产准备的国产整经、分条整经、浆纱、络筒机等配套设备,日染纱能力4吨以上。

Director Wang said with pride: “Our factory has 15,000 spindles, plus 200 air-jets. The spinning line basically solves the yarn used by our loom, and some of them can be supplied to the market. The main weaving machines include the introduction of 78 special-width Italian rapier looms, 224 domestic looms, and 40 domestic-made looms. There are slashers imported from Germany Zucker Company, and automatic winders from Schlafhorst. Beninger company’s warping machine in Switzerland; domestically produced warping, slitting warping, sizing, winder and other ancillary equipment with sufficient production preparation, daily dyeing capacity more than 4 tons.
