“网络问政”的出现和兴起为我国民主政治建设带来了新的活力和气息,作为一种新型民主形式,它的发展和完善对政府善治具有重大的积极意义。善治需要政府和公民之间积极有效地合作,而保障这种合作的前提就是公民享有充分自由和平等的政治权利。“网络问政”作为一种新型的民主形式更加有效切实的落实公民的知情权、参与权、表达权、监督权等基本权利,同时也成为了构建服务型政府的助推器。
