道家是我国历史上一个重要的一个流派,在春秋战国时期的百家争鸣中占有重要地位。短短五千余字的《道德经》分为上下两篇,涵盖了政治、法律、哲学等各方面的内容。他的思想至今仍在治国,修身,军事,法律等等方面发挥着很大的作用,老子法律思想表现为:以“道法自然”为核心,宏观上否定人定法;以`无为而治“为目的,论述了法律的作用。
Taoism is an important genre in the history of our country and occupies an important position in the debate among scholars in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. The short version of ”moral classics“ of more than 5,000 words is divided into two parts, covering political, legal and philosophical aspects. His thinking still plays a great role in governing the country, cultivating one’s morality, military affairs, law and so on. The legal thought of Lao Tzu is manifested as follows: taking ”Taoism and Nature“ as the core and denying the rule of people in a macroscopic way; Governance ”for the purpose of discussing the role of law.
