对西藏和河南藏红花中挥发油化学成分进行提取和分析,比较不同溶剂萃取藏红花挥发油化学成分的差异。采用超声波辅助溶剂萃取法提取挥发油,分别采用乙醚、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷和丙酮5种溶剂萃取后浓缩,通过GC-MS分析,实现对组分的鉴定,同时用峰面积归一化法计算它们的相对含量。结果表明,不同溶剂提取藏红花中挥发油化学成分间存在差异,且西藏和河南藏红花中提取所得挥发性成分的组成和比例也存在差异。超声波辅助溶剂萃取/Gc-MS是一种简单、快速、有效的挥发油成分分析方法。
The chemical constituents of volatile oils in Tibet and Henan saffron were extracted and analyzed, and the differences of the chemical constituents of volatile oils extracted from different solvents were compared. The volatile oil was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted solvent extraction and extracted with five kinds of solvents such as ethyl ether, ethanol, ethyl acetate, methylene chloride and acetone, respectively. The constituents were identified by GC-MS analysis, and the peak areas were normalized Method to calculate their relative content. The results showed that there were differences in the chemical constituents of volatile oils extracted with different solvents, and there were differences in the composition and proportion of the volatile components extracted from Tibet and Henan saffron. Ultrasound-assisted solvent extraction / Gc-MS is a simple, rapid, and effective method for the analysis of volatile oil components.
