现代飞机的控制和操纵主要是由电路来传输和执行的,特别是电传(Flying By Wire)操作系统,由于去掉了传统飞机操纵系统中布满机内的从操纵杆到舵机之间的机械传动装置和液压管路,极大的减轻了系统重量,因此在现代飞机上得到广泛的应用,这也是现代飞机控制和操纵系统的发展方向。下面我结合个人在工作中的经验和他人的一些排故总结谈一谈飞机电路常见故障的排除方法及部分疑难案例,供大家在以后的排故工作中参考,开拓排故的思路。
Modern aircraft control and manipulation is mainly by the circuit to transmit and execute, especially the Flying By Wire operating system, due to the elimination of the traditional aircraft control system full of machine from the joystick to the steering gear between Mechanical transmission and hydraulic lines, greatly reducing the system weight, and therefore widely used in modern aircraft, which is the direction of the development of modern aircraft control and control systems. Below I combine personal experience in the work and some of the troubleshooting of others to talk about the troubleshooting of aircraft circuit common faults and some difficult cases for everyone in the future troubleshooting work to explore and develop troubleshooting ideas.
