讲起美食,大概苏州的“面”是不能不包括的:观振兴的蹄髈面,五芳斋的虾仁面,黄天源的肉丝面,朱鸿兴的焖肉面……不一而足。这些为老苏州人津津乐道的“品牌面”确实值得自豪。这里,我想主要说说木渎镇上的面点,同样颇具特色,耐人寻味。著名作家何满子先生在上世纪五十年代初时,曾到木渎灵岩山游玩,后在《苏州旧游印象钩沉》一文中,有一段有关木渎面点的叙述:“木渎有家有名的石家饭店,有名菜鲃肺汤,……扫兴的是正好碰上酒店
