运用卡尔·费休库仑法,对日本三菱公司的CA—06水分测定仪不能直接检测的固体 和气体中水分含量进行检测研究.通过将载气、水分蒸发装置及水分仪主机联用,以及通过 设计加工与连接管路相匹配的气体管路接头等手段,组建了固体、气体水分检测系统,使CA —06水分测定仪应用范围得以拓宽.经验证:应用该技术,固、液体水分检测精度高,气体 水分分析结果可信,重现性好.此技术不仅适用于常量水分分析,也适用于微量水分检测.
Using Karl Fischer coulomb method, the moisture content in solid and gas which can not be directly detected by Japan’s Mitsubishi Corporation’s CA-06 Moisture Analyzer was tested. By using the carrier gas, water evaporation device and moisture analyzer host together, Design and processing and connecting pipelines to match the gas pipeline joints and other means to set up a solid, gas moisture detection system, so that CA -06 Moisture Analyzer widen the scope of application.It is verified that the application of the technology, solid and liquid moisture detection accuracy High, gas moisture analysis results are credible, reproducible. This technology is not only suitable for constant moisture analysis, but also for trace moisture detection.
