目的:探讨JCI标准对中药信息管理指导作用,切实提升医院中药管理水平,改善医院中医服务质量。方法:结合我院中药管理工作实际情况,选取20名中药管理工作人员作为实验主体,参照JCI标准来提升中药管理信息化水平,改进中药管理工作细节并成立小组推进细节落实,探讨中药管理信息化操作要点与信息化效果。结果:全面完善中药管理电子处方系统、煎药房信息化系统及中药电子化发药系统,构建起医院中药信息化管理模式,工作人员工作便利性大幅提升,中药管理工作效率得到有效提升。结论:参照JCI标准改善中药信息化管理工作能够切实提升中药管理效率与中药服务质量,这种系统化、有序化的管理局面与体质利于推进医院管理工作,还能提升中药管理人员素质,深化医院信息化建设与管理。
Objective: To explore the guiding role of JCI standard in information management of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to effectively improve the management of TCM in hospitals and to improve the quality of TCM services in hospitals. Methods: Based on the actual situation of Chinese medicine management in our hospital, we selected 20 Chinese medicine management staff as the main body of the experiment, improved the informatization level of Chinese traditional medicine with reference to JCI standards, improved the details of traditional Chinese medicine management and set up a group to promote the implementation of details, Operation points and information effects. Results: The electronic prescription system of Chinese medicine administration, the information system of decoction room and the electronic drug dispensing system of traditional Chinese medicine were comprehensively perfected. The information management mode of traditional Chinese medicine in hospitals was established. The convenience of staff greatly increased and the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine management was effectively improved. Conclusion: Improving the information management of traditional Chinese medicine with reference to the JCI standard can effectively improve the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine management and the quality of traditional Chinese medicine. This systematic and orderly management of the situation and physical fitness is conducive to promoting hospital management. It can also improve the quality of Chinese medicine managers, Deepen the construction and management of hospital information.
