本文在分析目前矿井提升机使用的深度指示器和测速装置所存在的问题的基础上,提出一种使用“钢丝绳磁性条纹”的测量技术和微处理机的监测系统的初步设想。该监测系统可对提升系统进行深度、速度的测量与指示,作过卷、过速、松绳、提升方向等监测保护,以及提供各种控制信号。同时指出矿井提升机的控制系统是一种位置控制系统,对提升系统的运动方程式和监控系统的数据采集及处理、控制流程、系统组成及应用等问题,作了初步的探讨和分析。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems of depth indicator and speed measuring device used in mine hoist, this paper presents a preliminary assumption of using “wire rope magnetic streak” measurement technology and microprocessor monitoring system. This monitoring system can measure and instruct the lifting system in depth and speed, provide monitoring and protection such as over winding, over speed, loose rope, lifting direction and provide various control signals. At the same time, it is pointed out that the mine hoist control system is a kind of position control system, which makes a preliminary discussion and analysis on the problems such as data acquisition and processing, control flow, system composition and application of the motion equation and monitoring system of the hoisting system.
