本文用有限元计算与三维光弹性冻结实验相结合的方法,分别对TB450—83RD_2轴的三种轮轴组合形式(突悬、轴肩和平直型)的车轴压装应力进行了研究。通过对计算结果与实验的分析,得出以下结论:压装区内轮座表面处于三向受压状态,压装区外处于轴向拉伸状态;轮轮压装过程中的横向接触内力是不可逆的,组装方式(一般压装或注油压装)不同,产生的轴向应力也不同,但组装方式对径向和周向应力几乎没有影响。本文计算结果与实验结果吻合较好,所得结论可供研究轮轴组装和车轴设计时参考。
In this paper, the finite element method combined with the three-dimensional photoelastic freezing experiment was used to study the axial compression stress of the axle combinations of the three kinds of axles of the TB450-83RD_2 shaft (protruding, shoulder and straight). Through the analysis of the calculation results and experiments, the following conclusions can be drawn: the surface of the wheel seat in the press-fit zone is in the three-direction compression state and the press-fit zone is in the axial extension state; the horizontal contact force in the wheel press- Irreversible, the assembly method (general pressure or oil pressure equipment) is different from the axial stress is also different, but the assembly of the radial and circumferential stress has almost no effect. The calculated results agree well with the experimental results, and the conclusions can be used as a reference for the research of axle assembly and axle design.
