毋庸置疑,内容管理是近年来受到广泛关注的技术之一。随便在一个搜索引擎敲上“内容管理”四个字,就会找出众多关于内容管理的网页和网站。围绕内容管理,可谓“众说纷纭”,有点“横看成岭侧成峰”的感觉。 不是找不到有关内容管理的定义,但仅从概念和定义上,还无法真正理解其应用价值,尤其对于非IT人士,对这样的概念,更是难以读懂。 技术拉动需求,需求推动技术创新。与其它新技术一样,内容管理也是从现实需求出发的一个非常具有针对性的技术。针对目前急剧增长的非结构化和半结构化信息,解决其有效管理问题,自然是非常重要的,而内容管理正是由此而产生和发展。从这个角度看,只要一个机构拥有大量的非结构化和半结构化信息,就一定需要内容管理。
