目的利用可变数目串联重复序列(VNTR)对河北省鼠疫疫源地菌株进行基因型别研究。方法根据14+12对VNTR设计引物,对116株鼠疫菌进行分析。结果 116株鼠疫菌针对每对VNTR均有不同的重复数目,但是同一对VNTR对所有菌株的VNTR重复数目相同。与CO92和EV对比,河北省鼠疫疫源地菌株显示出不同的扩增结果。结论河北省鼠疫疫源地鼠疫菌只有1种不同于其他疫源地的基因型别,为疫情的追踪溯源和鼠疫菌突变监测提供了依据。
Objective To study the genotypes of plague foci in Hebei Province using a variable number of tandem repeats (VNTRs). Methods Based on 14 + 12 primers designed for VNTR, 116 Y. pestis strains were analyzed. Results The 116 Yersinia pestis strains had different numbers of replicates for each pair of VNTRs, but the same pair of VNTRs had the same number of VNTR repeats for all strains. Compared with CO92 and EV, strains of plague origin in Hebei Province showed different amplification results. Conclusion There is only one genotype of Y. pestis plague origin in plague origin in Hebei Province, which provided a basis for tracing the origin of the plague and monitoring the mutation of Y. pestis.
