采用相互轮回选择的方法,对分别由20个自交系组成的吉综A、吉综B进行三轮选择,主要根据测交种的产量进行选择。在三个环境条件下,用随机区组、4次重复设计,对各轮群体及群体间杂交组合进行选择效果评价。研究结果表明:吉综A、吉综B群体及其杂交组合产量海轮分别增加177(2.4%)、126(1.7%)和263公斤/公顷(3.4%);群体组合杂种优势由C_0×C-0的7.4%增加到C_3×C_3的13.6%。其它农艺性状随各轮对产量相互轮回选择,发生了相应的变化。穗长增加,粒行数减少,株高和穗位增高。百株穗数、抽丝日数、倒伏率、大斑病和丝黑穗病的抗性变化不明显。群体杂交组合收获含水量增加,灌浆期延长。
By means of reciprocal selection, three rounds of selection of Jijia A and Jijia B, which are composed of 20 inbred lines respectively, are selected based on the yield of test cross. Under three environmental conditions, randomized block design and 4 repetitive designs were used to evaluate the effect of selection on the cross combinations of all rounds and groups.
