目前,欧盟15个国家都规定其通用电压为230伏,但电压的上下变动范围规定不一。英国规定通用电压的变动范围为上不得高过10%,下不可低过6%,即电压可在216伏到253伏之间变动;其它14个欧盟成员国则正好相反,规定上不可高过6%,下不可低过10%,实际电压要求范围在207伏到244伏之间。所以目前出口到欧盟的电器产品(包括使用交流电的玩具),都必须根据具体使用国的不同要求,进行相应的通用电压范围的安全测试。
Currently, 15 countries in the European Union have stipulated that their universal voltage is 230 volts, but the range of fluctuations in voltage is not consistent. The United Kingdom stipulates that the universal voltage range must not be higher than 10%, but it must not be lower than 6%, that is, the voltage can vary between 216 volts and 253 volts; the other 14 EU member states are the other way around. At 6%, it must not be lower than 10%. The actual voltage requirements range from 207V to 244V. Therefore, electrical products exported to the European Union (including toys using AC power) must be tested according to the different requirements of the specific country of use.
