借助于考虑叶片顶部间隙的压气机转子内跨音速湍流流场的三维数值解,得到了该转子流场中的复杂涡系与波系结构。给出了叶片表面及轮毂面上的壁面流型,分析并揭示了转子叶道内的马蹄涡、通道涡、角涡、尾涡等复杂涡系及其与激波的相互干涉;特别是,分析并揭示了转子叶道内顶隙射流的特点,得到了顶隙附近激波与泄漏流动的干涉形态及泄漏流动的发展,并着重给出了其与激波的干涉形态。
By means of the three-dimensional numerical solution of the transonic turbulent flow field in the compressor rotor considering the blade tip clearance, the complex vortex and wave structures in the rotor flow field are obtained. The surface flow patterns on the blade surface and the hub surface are given. The complex vortices such as horseshoe vortex, channel vortex, angle vortex and wake vortex and their interactions with shock waves are analyzed and revealed. In particular, The characteristics of the tip jet in the rotor blade are revealed. The interference morphology of the shock wave and leakage flow near the tip clearance and the development of the leakage flow are obtained. The interference morphology with the shock wave is also given.
