我国第一个完整的自动化配电网在上海浦东建成。它集中了国外、国内高新技术,主要硬件设备进口,软件完全国内开发。采用自动化环网柜,10kV绞链电缆,光纤通信,实现全自动化环网配电。自动化技术提高了可靠性,降低了配电网投资,全新概念反映配电技术发展方向。具体介绍了该自动化环网的ETU、光端机、SCADA系统以及故障识别、故障隔离、网络重构。第二部分对若干共性技术问题进行了讨论。
China’s first fully automated distribution network built in Shanghai Pudong. It concentrated foreign and domestic high-tech, the main hardware equipment imports, the software completely domestic development. Automatic ring network cabinet, 10kV hinge cable, optical fiber communication, fully automated ring network distribution. Automation improves reliability and reduces investment in distribution networks, with new concepts reflecting the direction of power distribution technology. This paper introduces the ETU, optical transceiver and SCADA system of the automation ring network as well as fault identification, fault isolation and network reconfiguration. The second part discusses a number of common technical issues.
