嘉祥红皮大蒜是山东省著名的土特产,红皮大蒜品种,至今已有1900余年的栽培历史。其独有特点是:皮红瓣匀、肉质细嫩、蒜汁浓稠、汤汁粘浑、香辛浓重、营养丰富、色味具佳、休眠期长。随着种植业结构的调整,开发地方名优品种,提高种植效益是致富的重要途径。其高产栽培技术是: 一、整地施肥大蒜是弦状须根,吸水肥力弱。以土壤疏松、排水良好、有机质丰富的地块栽培为好。每666.7 m~2施腐熟有机肥5 000~7 000 kg,磷酸二铵50 kg,硫酸钾40 kg,硫酸锌1.0~1.5 kg。肥料撒施均匀,深翻20cm,耙细整平做畦,畦宽1.5 m。
