液压马达测试中起动扭矩的测量是一项重要的试验项目。是衡量液压马达性能优劣的重要指标之一。起动扭矩的测定需要使用动态扭矩传感器。而这种传感器目前有光电式、扭簧式,磁感应式及电阻应变式等多种。而电阻应变式被认为其转动惯量较光电式和磁感应式为小,这对被试的液压马达来讲是十分重要的。但电阻应变式传感器还没有定型产品,我们在80年进行试制,经过几年的实践,基本掌握了设计方法和制造工艺,精度可达千分之五,断断续续地使用了三年多,数据不变,性能稳定。满足了液压马达的试验和排量较小的泵类测试扭矩的要求。
