以新生鼠头盖骨体外培养作为模型,观察牙周袋壁组织培养液的骨吸收活性,及肖炎痛和放线菌酮的抑制效应,发现袋壁组织培养液能明显促进新生鼠头盖骨Ca~(2+)的释放(骨吸收活性为44.2±4.1%,对照组为18.7±2.3%,p<0.01),在袋壁组织的培养过程中加入消炎痛(100ng/ml)或放线菌酮(10μg/ml)并经透析,则明显抑制其骨吸收活性(抑制57.3%和77.3%)。说明PG和IL-1等都可能在体内牙槽骨的吸收过程中有着重要意义,并为临床用药物阻断牙槽骨吸收提供了理论依据。
