肿瘤异质性意味着肿瘤内存在不同的肿瘤细胞亚群,其每一亚群都具有不同的生物学特征。因此,检测每一肿瘤是否存在多个亚群对临床评价患者的预后以及肿瘤的生物学行为具有重要意义。近来,一些文献应用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测了大肠癌细胞的DNA含量,但很少注意到同一肿瘤灶内不同部位DNA含量的变化。本文应用FCM检测了17例大肠癌原发灶内不同部位DNA含量以探讨其变化意义。
Tumor heterogeneity means that tumors have different subpopulations of tumor cells, each of which has different biological characteristics. Therefore, it is of great significance to detect whether there are multiple subpopulations in each tumor and to evaluate the prognosis of patients and the biological behavior of tumors. Recently, some literature used flow cytometry (FCM) to detect the DNA content of colorectal cancer cells, but rarely noticed changes in DNA content in different parts of the same tumor. In this paper, FCM was used to detect the DNA content in different sites of primary colorectal cancer in 17 cases to explore its significance.
