Since March 1998, the authors started the application of bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy (BAI) and radiotherapy in the treatment of 27 patients with central stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer. The report is as follows. General information on clinical data 19 males and 8 females, aged 47-79 years old, the average age of 63 years, of which 5 were 70 years of age or older. 23 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma in 4 cases.
